Aluminum foundry and extrusion, surface finishing and machining

Founded in 1986, it operates with two plants in Bernalda (MT) and Pisticci Scalo (MT) on an area of 11.000 square meters, where various industrial activities are carried out: aluminum foundry and extrusion, surface finishing and machining.

Extrusion

The modern aluminum extrusion plant consists of two presses of 1600 and 1400 tons, with fast feeding equipped with an automatic billet loading bench with relative pre-heating furnace and hot saw. Downstream there is a cooling and tempering bench with double puller, an automatic drawing machine, a cold cutting line and an automatic stacker.

Coating

A vertical, fully automatic plant for pre-treatment and powder coating of profiles, followed by polymerization of thermosetting powder at a temperature of 180-190 °C. The company also has a Real Wood coating plant for "Wood effect" finishes. The Real Wood decorating procedure makes it possible to achieve wood effects by transferring polyester powders of different colors directly into the powder coating layer of the base, achieving optimal results in both aesthetics and UV and weather resistance.
